This weekend was our official KICK-OFF to the Bay Shore Camp Summer Season. We had an amazing time with friends and family as we gathered together to eat and share what's new with the camp. Special thanks to all who helped in putting the evening together. The youth center looked great as we were reminded everywhere of our theme to Get Rooted, in Christ. That is our hope and prayer for all this summer - that we can do as Ephesians 3:17-19 says:
"and I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power together with all the saints to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the LOVE of Christ."
So as summer quickly approaches we are hard at work getting the camp ready for the arrival of all the campers. We look forward to another GREAT summer here at Bay Shore Camp and ask that you would join us in praying for our camper numbers, our finances, and most importantly that lives would be positively changed by the power of our God! May it be a summer of getting rooted and grounded in our faith so that as the storms of life come we may be able to stand strong like a tree.
We are so thankful to have a place like this to minister to kids and families and we are asking the Lord for an amazing summer of His Love being poured into many!!
